How does the meet and greet service work?
Once you have provided us the arrival details at Pearson Airport, we then monitor the flight and send one of Toronto Airport Limousines' representative to the arrival terminal. Our representative holds a clearly typed sign on a 8 X 11 sheet of paper and stands right infront of your arrival gate as soon as the flight lands.
When you are coming out of the arrival exit gates, please look for your Toronto Airport Limo representative holding a sign with you or your company's name. Once you approach him/her, they will assisst you to the pickup post and call your designated Toronto Limousine.
If you miss your flight, please advise us immediately so our representative is not waiting there and incurring parking charges etc.
